RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Great news! We offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy for our hand-made products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can submit a request within 7 business days from the delivery date. Simply email us at Admin@realstyleavenue.com. Please provide your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, reasons for the return/exchange, and photos of the item(s) clearly showing the item(s) and the attached tags.

 

To ensure a smooth process, please make sure that the item is unworn and in its original condition with all tags attached. Additionally, please ensure that there are no marks or stains, and there is no odor. Please note that earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons and accessories such as necklaces are non-returnable. A receipt and proof of purchase are required for returns. We will process your request within 24 hours and provide further instructions.

Once the returned item has been verified to be in good condition, a gift card will be instantly issued to the email address associated with the order. The gift card will retain its validity for a duration of 12 months.

 In the event that you would like to exchange your item for a product that is more expensive, you will need to cover the price difference. Conversely, if the replacement item is less expensive than the original, we will issue you a gift card for the remaining value.

FAULTY ITEM

At Style Avenue, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If you receive a faulty item, we're here to help. Simply contact our customer service team within 7 business days of receiving your order and we'll guide you through the return process. We'll make sure to replace the item or issue a a gift card of the same value as soon as possible. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Please note that faulty problems include broken holes, unsewn seams, and damaged segments, and we reserve the right to address any other faults or issues not mentioned above.

TRACKING INFORMATION

When returning a product, please remember to keep the tracking information for your return package. This will ensure a smooth return process and help ensure the security of both our customers and our business. We request that you retain the tracking information for your return package. 
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and we are unable to process any returns or exchanges without a valid order number. To track your order, please visit our website and enter your order information. Customers are responsible for covering all shipping costs related to returns or exchanges.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Customers should be aware that these products are last chance and cannot be restocked. Additionally, all products are marked to clear and are not eligible for return unless confirmed faulty by the team. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the sender.
